A SUMMARY OF THE

US policies of cyberspace for the existing preference for "more than" active "offensive" maneuver. "Recent policy change points, as the case may be, has been a significant change in the equation, the question remains the need to balance the need to take a more active armed forces of the need to protect your networks at the same time, it has embraced the change in the Organization's ongoing ideological offensive. for the purposes of this article, the recently revised Military Review the author maintains that in the end, the heads of a weight, per garment, compete effectively about the risks related to the battlespace in order to achieve a balance.

Mikä on ylin suojauksen johtajat tietää verkkoavaruudessa muuntaa näitä järjestöjä ja tehdä päätöksiä viisas?Miten jatkuvasta verkkoavaruudessa prosessin vuorovaikutteisesti ja muuttaa organisaatioihin, teknologian ja ihmisten ja, puolestaan siitä, miten ne muuntavat verkkoavaruudessa itse?Arvioimaan näihin kysymyksiin tässä avointa vahvistetaan verkkoavaruudessa prosessin kalastuskapasiteettinsa luonne ja vertaa tämän muunnoksen järjestöjen ja henkilöiden suhteellinen vakion.Kunkin osan keskustelemalla näillä aloilla säädetään arvio niiden tilan sekä yksilöi keskeiset kysymykset korkeiden suojauksen johtajat ymmärtää nyt ja tulevaisuudessa ratkaista.Erityiskysymyksiä kuuluu tarkasteleminen verkkoavaruudessa kuin uuden strategisen yhteistä kovin takaisin mereen, verrataan olemassa olevat hierarkiat verkostot vastaan verkossa vastustajillesi, ja tehokkuutta ja toimivuutta vastaan tietosuoja ja ihmisoikeuksien yleismaailmallista lainsäädännön tasapainottamisesta tehokkuutta.
